Based on Duterimbere Organisation’s vision, mission, objectives, and core values, a 5-year strategic plan is prepared to guide decision-making and how resources will be used during the execution of the different activities. The organization has defined its strategic focus by clarifying its mandate and making a thorough analysis of its external and internal environment. To maximize the impact of its work the organization will, over the coming five years, focus on delivering on three organizational priorities namely;

• Environment protection
• Social Inclusion

In general, DUTERIMBERE ONG will make effort to build the capacity of target communities and facilitate the promotion and creation of sustainable micro-businesses. Once well established, the beneficiary groups will be linked to MFIsespecially Duterimbere IMF- Ltd for financial services.
