This project strengthens existing cooperatives by providing capacity building and governance training.

To transition informal farming groups into robust, formal cooperative entities with strong internal accountability.
80 women-led agricultural and handcraft cooperatives.

Financial Access Program
Through partnership with Duterimbere Microfinance, this program supports small entrepreneurs with customized services.
Collaborations with Duterimbere Microfinance PLC to design low-barrier microloans, emergency credit lines, and insurance models.
To reduce transaction barriers and create tailored microfinance products matching the cash flow of rural agricultural cycles.
5,000 active clients transitioning into formal banking services.
